The State Property Management Committee and the PROSPECT24 project have signed a memorandum of cooperation

MEMORANDUM OF COOPERATION

On January 24, 2025, the State Property Management Committee of the Republic of Armenia and the PROSPECT24 project implemented by Dignisi LLC signed a memorandum of cooperation to prepare investment packages for state property subject to alienation.

The PROSPECT24 project, which will be implemented through the joint efforts of "Dignisi" LLC, "BSC" Business Support Center, and "Khachaturian Architects" studio, was selected as a result of a two-stage competitive process, meeting the project requirements and criteria.

As a result of the cooperation between PROSPECT24 and the Committee, detailed urban development and financial and economic analyses will be carried out on the real estate properties submitted for alienation using the latest tools. As a result, before the announcement of the property alienation tender, an investment package for the property will be compiled, which should include its best possible use options, urban development, communication and legal restrictions, as well as, depending on the location of the property, the necessary preliminary permits from the community to implement the given project.

Such a package approach to property alienation will allow potential buyers to learn about its investment opportunities in advance, and after the acquisition, it will significantly reduce the bureaucratic hassles for the implementation of the project and the time and resources spent on obtaining the necessary permits.

The package will include:

  • Real estate data: area, location, purpose,
  • Development vision, in accordance with the community master plan,
  • Infrastructure information: roads, electricity, gas, water, communications,
  • Analyses: market trends, financial flows, development proposals,
  • Design and planning: sketches, marketing and financial plans,
  • Prior permits from community and state authorities for project implementation,
  • Risk management: risk assessment and mitigation steps.
