On January 20, 2025, a memorandum was signed between "Chakhruk" NGO and "Prospect24".

The activities of the "Chakhruk" NGO are an important step towards protecting the rights of people with special needs and enabling them to become full members of society.

Considering the problems faced by socially vulnerable groups of the Republic of Armenia, people with special needs, Prospect24 undertook an important initiative, showing support and warm care for the work on the creation of the "Chakhruk settlement" (neighborhood) proposed by the "Chakhruk" NGO.
